Ich wollt mir den Orange auch mal bauen, da ich noch ein komplettes Exel RCF 6mm rumstehen hab.
Ist im Gegensatz zu Skyshark recht günstig und tuts auch erstmal. Org. wird ja auch exel 5.5 und 6mm empfohlen

what bridle did you take? Turbo or Std?
For me the turnradius seems too wide too, I hope I could test my Asmara with shorter LS and a little shorter SOs tomorrow. IMO the kite is very tricky, even for a semi-rookie like me, Backspins were no big prob.

ZUm Testen mit Gewichten kann ich dir nur Taschen aus KLettband empfehlen, so bekommst du das Gewicht schön ans Heck und kannst ordentlich was reinpacken :-O

DA scheiden sich die Geister, einige sagen "wurscht" andere sagen "muss 6,1mm"
Ich hab die 6.1er Muffen genommen, fürs Mittelkreuz braucht man eh die 100mm Muffe(Vollstab) in den LK 70mm Hohlmuffe 6,1mm.
Das Ganze mit einem satten Tropfen Heisskleber einkleben, sollte die Muffe nicht richtig sitzen, einfach mit dem Haarfön erwärmen und schon kann man sie mm genau positionieren.

My inner SO is 27,5cm and the outer is 28,5
First I'm gonna fly my actuell setup with the shorter LS and then I'll perhaps cut the SOs a little, but only a few mm.

what is the clear measure between sail and end of the Standoff?

I cut the LS to 73,5 and it feels better, when I put the kite together, the tension is a little smoother
I hope we get a little dry weather, so I could test it.

wie gesagt, mein Asmara fliegt seeehr grosse Kurven, sodass ich die UQS jewils um 5mm kürzen werde, ansonsten gefällt mir der Drachen sehr sehr gut.

now I know what to do
I tensioned the sail hard, using a piece of bridlecord instead of a rubbercord.
So I cut the P300 to 73,5cm and untight the tensioner a little or use a rubbercord.

My kite is very tricky in this setup, but I'm even a little rookie.
My Prob are the big turns that the Asmara does, but I don't know if its in coherence with the "bow"
Shorten the inner bridle didn't help much.

You mean the curve is too strong at my Asmara too?

I think your StandOffs are not exactly 90° to the lower spreaders, if you position them a little more to the LE the bow will become a little straighter.

But I think your "Asmazko" looks pretty fine :H: :H: :H:
