There are thousands and thousands of fish species in the world, I agree. What makes you think, that you own any intellectual rights to the three you copied into kites?
From my point of view there is no creativity needed to copy any object into a kite that already exists. The only thing you need is know-how. And obviously KeWo and all the other guys that "copy" your fishes just need the technical equipment and the know-how to build kites which are similar to your kites.

Das wird mir hier langsam zu doof! Natürlich kann man auf die Entwicklung der Stablosen aus der Natur ein Patent anmelden. Dann geht es um die Entwicklungsarbeit, dieses Ding in die Luft zu kriegen und um das dann gewählte Design. Das Du das nicht einsiehst versteh ich nicht, ist aber auch egal.
Hier ist wirklich alles gesagt: Nun möge Jeder sich sein eigenes Bild von der Situation machen und evtl. danach handeln!
