Stabloser Fisch...

  • Hi Mike,
I Thank you for your honesty, it takes someone with very big balls to come forward like you have done.
I commend you for that. Apologies accepted on my behalf.
I just wish you would have sent me an email, all this nasty business could so easily have been avoided and on the grounds of your explanation, I would probably have given you the ok to help out your friends. I am not an uncompassionate person.

    Robert

Ps, perhaps someone can translate again for me. Thank you all for your comments. Now get back to flying kites.

  • Hiho!

Robert

    YES!

  • I'm sorry if that sounds a bit rude, someone who has a lot of courage is said to have big balls.
I suppose it is a kiwi expression.

Habe meinen Fisch gestern bei Robert bestellt! :-O

    Robert

Thanks for this great Kit-Set! :H:

    ;)

    Viele Eifelgrüße, Peter

  • Hi All,
Grimmi, your welcome and Gunther, looks like I have some stiff competition. :-O

Yes folks, I will be at Fano next week and I will bring some kit-sets with me, some small and some 3 meter ones, actually they are already there. I did this for those who would like to build one and haven't had a chance to do so yet. Numbers are limited.

Because of weight limitations in the airplane, I can only take 20 kilos.
I would therfor like to ask anybody who is going to Fano if they can help me with some larger diameter line should that be necessary should I have to leave that at home because it might be too heavy.

Also, I would like to get some of your fish involved in a super shoal. My intentions are to have several lines coming down off one or more large pilot kites and tie as many fish on as we can. The idea is that they will be tied on randomly instead of all in one line. This will look more natural and should look spectacular viewed side on.

    We will need,
    • Pilots, I have one 10m2 but we might need a few more depending on how many fish we can get together.
    • Some flying line, about 750kg.
    • Small karabiners, or similar, to tie the fish to the lines.
    • Sand anchors I think I have two but we will need a few more.

Anybody want to be part of this, can you help?

I will translate any replies using Google so keep it in German.
    Robert

I don´t think that stuff will be the big deal as some of the inflatables pro´s will be there too. So, leave the boring stuff at home and take some nice kites with you instead

    CU soon 8-)

    Hi Robert,
if you don't need those things during the whole festival, it should not be a problem !
I got several pilots, strong lines, karabiners and anchors with me !
We are happy to meet you and your beautiful kites !
See you, and have a good trip ! :H: :L
