During the last weeks on Fanø, I saw some different Caterpillars and then I am beginning to plan the next winters porjects.

And I have been looking around and found some pictiures, but not any building plans.

So is there a friendly person, that have a plan and would share it.

Here is the result of the winter project

Yes it was fun to do all the investigation to get the complete laser cutter. But now when it is there, then the production can begin.
There are still some thing there has to be done by hand.

And new features to be included in the cutter.
Little red dot to show where the laser is starting.
Wacuum in the table.
and more to come.

Thanks for the answer, I will try again.

I have tryed with redused speed and it is working, but giving birned cuts. But only cutting from the back could be a solution.
I have also seen that if the fabric is close to the table and not lifted a little from the plant, it is getting a fine cut.

So I have to test your system with wacuum in the table. I have used magnetic paint and magnets to hold the fabric.

I short question about fabric cutting.
I am also having a laser cutter, but only 2,5 watt, But I am not able to cut white spinnaker. it is nearly burning, because I have to cut very slow.

What is your expirence with white fabric ?
