OK, it's better for me !
So, the shape is the same. The changes concern rods, bridle, leading edge, reinforcements and ballast.

You can change the rods to lighter ones, and make a new bridle like the real Mini-Moa UL (see the website to get UL features, but its performances might be less than the UL, due to the a different weight distribution.

You'll have to test it ! 8-)

If I understand your answer, you wanted to know why there are 3 stand-off positions on the Moa & Mini-Moa, that's right ?
So, that will modify the behavior of the kite.
To make simple : if they're closed, the kite will be more freestyler ; if not, it will have a better accuracy.
