Nachdem ich mich in diesem Sommer dauernd über
die 52'er AS Raptoren geärgert habe und das
Paar Lager aufgrund häufiger Gelegenheiten
mitlerweile unter 5 Minuten austauschen kann..
..war ich es leid. :-/
Ich schilderte Martin Faber das Problem und
folgende EMail kam zurück:

The problem with the bearings is really very easy to solve,
service goes a long way so we will solve this for you!
The wheels are delivered by a German supplier which is
primarily responsable for the quality, however we won't
bother you with that story.
We will supply a new set of bearings and most likely the
inner spacers need replacement, I'm guessing the spacer
is not delivered with the exact lenght it should be.
Best would be if I could meassure the spacer myself and
make a set of new ones from stainless steel on my
lathe (drehbank).
I can imagine the distance between us is to big to just
take the drive..so you can do some meassuring yourself.
The spacers should be 7.8mm, but sometimes there's a
little tolerence.
Just meassure the exact length between the bearings.
Then we will send 4 new bearings and two new stanless
inner spacers as service.

Und nicht mal eine Woche später kamen die massgefertigten
Spacer (in 76,5 X 25 X 2,5) in Edelstahl samt neuen Lagern!
Perfekt!
OK, fast. Wegen kleiner Toleranzen passten die 20'er Bolzen
nicht durch die Hülsen. Aber dank' "Nockes" TIPP konnte
eine 20'er Reibahle dieses Problemchen auch schnell lösen.
Alles in allem: Perfekter Service ! :H:
